What to include in your first message
- Your institution and your role (integrity office, graduate school, writing centre, IT or procurement).
- The cohort you have in mind for a pilot, and roughly how many students it covers.
- The term or timeframe you are working to.
- Any detection or writing tools you already license, so we can tell you honestly where we sit alongside them.
- Your SSO and LMS stack, if integration matters for the evaluation.
- Whether your data protection officer needs to review before a pilot can start.
If your enquiry is about data processing or security review, say so in the subject line and it will reach the right person directly.
